is continually in the development mode. We are always looking for ways to better serve our customers . After months of working with our packaging suppliers, we created a packaging format which allows us to ship our OCS 200 coffee stands via UPS. This project alone usually saves the customer at least $50 every time a unit goes out. For those distributors who buy in bulk, it allows them to breakdown a pallet of 8 and then ship UPS if need be. It is a win-win, we sell more stands and then end-user saves big on shipping costs.
We have worked with major distributors to develop stands for particular coffee machines.
We have also added the option of the customer being able to get most of our products on casters if needed. We have 5 inch casters for our large microwave/condiment stands, and 3 inch casters for the smaller coffee stands. This simple change makes them carts, thereby extremely mobile.
We now offer some of our smaller stands with a long power cord and electrical receptacles to help you with all those short corded coffee makers and microwaves.
We recently, after working with our paint supplier for months are now offering a choice of colors on most of our products. If you are working on a project that needs a little something extra to offer your account give us a call.
We have recently put extra effort into keeping an inventory of basic coffee and microwave/condiment stands enabling us to ship many orders received before 11:00 am on the same day.
